Everything works great exception I have never fired up the oven and may work I use the grill previous owner never pulled out the awning neither have I. I use an octagon gazebo which I prefer. 19 I had the roof sealed for my own personal preference I like to keep things in good working condition also put in a floor over the laminate and beadboard made of PVC in the bathroom and along the back of the double sinks in the kitchen. In 2020 I put a new hot water heater in Full bath with tub.
