Beautiful 28’ RV sleeps up to 6 people. With a private bedroom Queen, Electric Fireplace, lots of storage, Heat, AC, two TVs, surround Sound Stereo system, electric fold out awning! We bought it used for over $35.000.00 in March 2025 to relocate out here. Lived in it for 3.5 months until we purchased our home here. The furniture has regular wear and tear for almost 8 yrs old. Absolutely spotless! Second TV is in the private bedroom. Some supplies such as cookware, dishes, broom, and vacuum purchased for trailer are staying with the RV. The Queen size mattress was brand new when purchased so was only used for 3.5 months and it was very comfortable and we are big people. Feel free to call to set up an appointment.
Please Note, furniture is worn thin from use and we cover the couch and chairs to prevent more wear!
We also have a brand new backup generator that we purchased for the RV that we are selling separately if interested.
