Twenty-Six (26) 5+ to 15+ Acre unrestricted tracts have been released off Stockton Road approximately 7 miles east of Jamestown, Tennessee. The tracts are fully wooded with up to 2.5 ft. diameter hemlocks, hardwoods, rhododendrum, mountain laurel, ferns etc. These tracts are ideally located for outdoor activities and are close to great outdoor recreational activities (less than an hour from Dale Hollow Lake, Obed Wild and Scenic River (30 minutes), Big South Fork National Recreational Area (30 minutes away), Catoosa Wildlife Management Area (45 minutes), Rugby (30 minutes away), etc. City water available along the county maintained gravel road (Scenic Bluff Road) in front of tracts or off Stockton Road. Complete Owner Financing. Prices start at $22,500 to $68,500 depending on the tract and acreage. You pay $600 closing/administrative fee to lock in the property and pay a minimum $1,000 down payment upon signing the contract. The down payment is due back with the signed contract (approximately 15 to 21 days after receipt of the closing fee and locking in the property) then begin monthly payments as low as $165.32.
