Some minor rust.
Condition is exactly what it looks like in the picture, would clean up pretty nice with some prep/paint.

Open to consider straight up trade for a white 3rd gen ram stock bumper in good condition (2003 - 2005 1500, 2500, or 3500). If not white then trade + whatever cost to paint the top cap (probably ~$150).
