Responsibilities
π Perform no-contact drive-bys to confirm occupancy (occupied, vacant, abandoned).
π Document property condition and occupancy indicators (vehicles π, lights π‘, yard upkeep π±).
πΈ Capture and submit the required photos.
π² Upload results through the company platform/app on time.
π€ Stay professional and avoid contact with occupants.
Photo Requirements
π£οΈ Street sign & street views (left/right).
π Front of property with address verification.
βοΈ Left & right sides of property (if visible).
π Occupancy indicators (cars, trash cans ποΈ, lights π‘).
β οΈ Any visible damages (roof, windows, structure).
Qualifications
π Reliable vehicle & valid driverβs license.
π± Smartphone with time/date-stamped photo capability.
β Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
π‘ Field services/inspection experience preferred (but not required).
Compensation
π΅ Weekly pay, typically per completed inspection, based on client pricing and location.
