We are a small diner located in crossville, TN near downtown. After processing both chicken and steak we have scraps which may be useful to someone interested in using it for farm animal feed or perhaps using the fats as well. On a good week we can fill 2 to 3 five gallon buckets which are free to anyone to pick up at least once a week. This stuff could really be useful to someone and we would prefer to not throw it in the trash. Please reach out to Tyler, the manager of the diner, to determine convenient time for pick-up.
The diner is called Paparitos, a great place to eat, and located at 103 Cumberland Plaza tucked in the back corner of the plaza.
